Effective Date: 06 August 2026 ยท Version: 1.0
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR UTILISING THE URLZY.IN PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED, AND UNEQUIVOCALLY ASSENTED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARTICULATED HEREIN GOVERNING THE DEPLOYMENT AND UTILISATION OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, LOCAL STORAGE OBJECTS, AND ANALOGOUS TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES. THIS POLICY, TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE, CONSTITUTES AN INTEGRAL AND BINDING INSTRUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND URLZY.IN ("THE SERVICE PROVIDER", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). IF YOU DISSENT FROM ANY PROVISION HEREOF, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED TO DISABLE THE RELEVANT COOKIES AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 7 HEREOF OR TO CEASE ALL FURTHER UTILISATION OF THE PLATFORM.
For the purposes of this instrument, the following locutions shall be ascribed the meanings set forth herebelow:
The Platform deploys Cookies and cognate Tracking Technologies for the following essential and ancillary purposes:
The Platform utilises the following categories of Cookies and analogous technologies:
In addition to Cookies, the Platform employs Local Storage within the User's browser environment for the retention of interface preferences, including the visual theme selection. Such Local Storage objects reside exclusively upon the User's terminal device, are not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers, and may be expunged at any time by the User through the appropriate browser management functions. Certain ancillary utilities of the Platform, including but not limited to the SquareUp perspective-correction instrument, are architected to perform all substantive operations through client-side processing, such that no media asset ingested therein is transmitted to, or persisted upon, any server infrastructure controlled by the Service Provider.
The Platform integrates, invokes, or references certain Third-Party Services, each of which may deploy its own Cookies and Tracking Technologies subject to its own terms of service and privacy policies, over which the Service Provider exercises no supervisory or dispositive authority. Such Third-Party Services include, without limitation:
The Service Provider recommends that Users consult the respective cookie and privacy policies of such Third-Party Services for comprehensive information concerning their data practices. The Service Provider shall bear no liability whatsoever for the deployment or utilisation of Tracking Technologies by such Third-Party Services.
By continuing to utilise the Platform subsequent to the presentation of this Policy, and to the extent required by applicable law, you thereby accord your informed and unequivocal consent to the deployment of Cookies and analogous Tracking Technologies described herein. You retain the absolute and unconditional right to withhold, restrict, or withdraw any such consent at any time, in whole or in part, by configuring your browser as set forth in Section 7 hereof or by utilising any consent-management interface presented by the Platform. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing conducted prior to such withdrawal, and certain essential Platform functions may become unavailable or degraded as a consequence thereof.
Most contemporary browsers afford the User comprehensive control over the deployment, retention, and deletion of Cookies through their respective configuration interfaces. Such controls typically permit the User to: (i) review and enumerate the Cookies stored upon their device; (ii) delete Cookies individually or in their entirety; (iii) block the deployment of third-party or all Cookies; and (iv) configure browser behaviour upon the attempted deployment of any Cookie. The precise procedures differ across browsers and terminal devices, and Users are advised to consult the help documentation of their respective browser. Additionally, Users may expunge Local Storage objects and cached data through the analogous privacy and security settings of their browser. Please be advised that the disabling of strictly necessary Cookies may materially impair the functionality, security, and availability of the Platform.
The Platform may not presently recognise or respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals transmitted by certain browsers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users retain the ability to manage and restrict Cookies and analogous Tracking Technologies directly through the configuration interfaces of their respective browsers, as more particularly described in Section 7 hereof.
Session Cookies persist exclusively for the duration of the User's active browsing session and are deleted upon the closure of the browser. Persistent Cookies remain upon the User's terminal device for a period determined by the cookie's expiration parameter or until manually deleted by the User, whichever is the earlier. The precise durations attributable to individual Cookies are set forth within the metadata of the respective cookie and are subject to modification in accordance with the operational requirements of the Platform and its integrated Third-Party Services.
The Platform is not directed to individuals who have not attained the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, and the Service Provider does not knowingly deploy Cookies in a manner that would permit the collection of personal data from such individuals absent the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to the Platform, please contact the Service Provider at the address set forth in Section 12 hereof.
The Service Provider reserves the unilateral and unconditional right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or replace this Cookie Policy, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, with or without prior notice. Any such amendment shall become effective upon its publication on the Platform, and your continued utilisation of the Platform following such publication shall constitute your conclusive and irrevocable acceptance of the amended policy. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Cookie Policy for any changes.
All communications, notices, and enquiries concerning this Cookie Policy, the Privacy Policy, or the data practices of the Platform shall be directed, in writing, to the Service Provider at support@urlzy.in. Communications sent by email shall be deemed delivered upon transmission, provided that no error, bounce, or delivery-failure notification is received by the sender.
